Douglas Cumming, J.D., Ph.D., CFA, is the DeSantis Distinguished Professor of Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at the College of Business, Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Douglas has published over 200 articles in leading refereed academic journals in finance, management, and law and economics, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies. His work has been cited over 20,000 times according to Google Scholar. He is the Managing Editor-in-Chief of the Review of Corporate Finance (2021-current) and British Journal of Management (2020-current). Sabur Mollah holds a Chair in Financial Management at Sheffield University Management School, The University of Sheffield, UK He previously held academic positions at Bournemouth University, Stockholm University, University of Botswana, University of Dhaka, and University of Leeds. He has held several administrative roles in the past, including Member of Senate, Head of School, Director of Research etc.

Carlos Malet, PhD, is currently the Associate Director of IQS, Barcelona, Spain. IQS is one of the centers of Universitat Ramon Llull, the first private university created in Spain. Founded in 1905 by the Society of Jesus, IQS hosts today a school of Management and a School of Engineering that offer 9 undergraduate programs and 14 graduate programs in Business, Science and Technology. IQS School of Management is an AACSB accredited School of Business, and its programs appear in international rankings such as QS, The Financial Times, Ed Universal or Times Higher Education.

Previously to his current role at IQS, Dr. Malet held positions in the industry for over 20 years, where he served as New Product Development Manager and R&D Director at Henkel, and Global Strategic Marketing Manager at Lubrizol, a Berkshire Hathaway company. He joined IQS in 2016, where he took over as professor of Innovation Management at undergraduate and graduate level. Md. Sajid Khan is Head of International Development at ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). His current role builds on over a decade of experience working for ACCA, where he has gained considerable experience in projects that develop and sustain the accountancy profession, working with partners and other stakeholders to meet the demand for professional accountants across growing economies. Presently, Sajid’s primary focus is on leading the professional body’s strategy in India so that ACCA can make a substantive contribution to the rapid development of the Indian economy.

Sajid has held leadership roles at ACCA across a range of markets for 15 years. Prior to his current role, Sajid was the Head of Business Development – Education, ACCA Middle East. This wide-ranging role involved business development in the Middle East, working closely with colleges, universities and ACCA learning partners in the region. He was also responsible for executing ACCA’s education strategy in the Middle East and managing key relationships with learning partners across these markets, which included on-going support and monitoring. Ms. Jagriti Chandra is a journalist with “The Hindu- news paper” and writes on gender issues and child rights. This includes engaging with government policies and laws and their impact on the lives of women and children. She has written on issues related to hunger, schemes for women's safety as well as more recently on issues like raising the age of marriage of women, marital rape as well as the controversy over hijab. She has also written about the guardianship laws in the country and how they normalise gender-based discrimination in our daily lives. She has also worked in television, where she has been a producer, reporter and news anchor with CNN IBN.

Dr. Mohammed Jawed was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Kishanganj constituency (Bihar) in the 2019 Indian general election as member of the Indian National Congress.He did M.B.B.S (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from Govt. Medical College, Kashmir university in 1989. Later he moved into politics. As an Indian National Congress candidate in 2000 Bihar Legislative Assembly election he won Kishanganj Vidhan Sabha constituency. Thereafter, in Feb 2005, 2010 & 2015 three terms for Bihar Legislative Assembly he was re-elected. He resigned from his MLA post and contested the election for the Member of Parliament from the Congress Party in the 2019 General Election. He is the solo M.P for Congress in Bihar state.

Apart from this, he's currently the Secretary of AICC. He served as the Law, Animal husbandry and Fisheries minister, Chief whip during his tenure as a MLA. He's also a former working president of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee.

Ms. Ritu Saina is an activisit working with with Chhaanv Foundation to empower other survivors of acid attack. She being the acid attack survivor works to extend help to such acid attack survivors. Moreover through the Foundatiion Ritu is actively working for the rehabilitation of acid attack survivors. She does the campaigning works that could raise the unheard voices of acid attack survivors through its campaign “Stop Acid Attacks” She along with other activisists thus try their best to redefine the definition of rehabilitation by advocacy for the acid attacks followed by providing Medical Assistance, Legal Assistance, Education help then at last but not least by providing the Employment. She extends emotional support through the foundation, nationally and internationally. She has been featured in documentaries about acid attacks, such as ‘Black Rose Red Dress’ and the very popular film ‘Chapaak’.

Dr. Sandeep Kautish is working as Professor & Dean-Academics with LBEF Campus, Kathmandu Nepal running in academic collaboration with Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation, Malaysia (#301-350 in QS Asian University Rankings). Justice Anjana Prakash is a former judge of the Patna High Court. She enrolled as an advocate on 2nd February 1982 and had more than 27 years of practice in Patna High Court before getting into the Judiciary. Her field of specialization is Criminal law. She was on the panel of ITC Limited and several other private organizations. She was appointed as an Additional Judge, Patna High Court on June 13, 2009 and Permanent Judge on December 06, 2010. In 2016 July she retired as High Court Judge and she is now a senior advocate in the Supreme Court. In 2020, the Hon’ble Supreme Court appointed her as amicus curiae to represent the convict Pawan Kumar Gupta in Nirbhaya Case. Justice Anjana Prakash recently authored the famous Ratanalal& Dhirajlal 36th edition of IPC text as 2 volumes set, along with the Law of Evidence 27th edition and CrPC 23rd edition - all published by Lexis Nexis. She is a prolfic speaker, writer and a pioneering figure for young lawyers and judicial service aspirants.

Dr. Pooja Goel is an academician, researcher, author, and trainer. An alumnus of Kurukshetra University, she holds a Masters (M. Com.) and Doctorate (Ph. D.) in Commerce. She is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune and a gold medalist in Diploma in Reasoning.

Dr. Deepti Pathak is working as an Associate Professor in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore. She has completed her Masters and Doctorate in Human Resource Management. She is M.A. in Psychology and UGC-NET qualified. She is Certified Psychometric Test Professional, Certified Thomas PPA-HJA and EI Assessor.
